Today's Recipe: Curry Sauce
Ingredients:
1½ Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp ThickenThin not/Starch™ thickener
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 cup cream
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in ThickenThin and curry powder until lightly browned. Slowly whisk in cream. Add salt, pepper, and additional curry to taste.
Serving Suggestions:
Pour over baked or grilled chicken breast, shrimp, or other meats. Entire recipe contains approximately 7g carbohydrate.

I just found your podcast on iTunes, and am enjoying listening to all of them. Thanks for doing the podcast. I hope you keep it up!! All of the other Atkins or low carb podcasts are not current or have stopped. All of your information and recipes are very much appreciated. I look forward to listening to future podcasts. Sandy
