The plan was to test the Brownie Hawkeye Flash in various lighting conditions, and I guess I got my wish:
Rained out until next week.
At least I got some cool shots with my iPhone before the skies opened up. I made it back to work just in time — there were raindrops on the windows by the time I got up to my desk.
Until next week, Hawkeye. You’re loaded up with Velvia 100, anyway, so you deserve a bright and sunshiny day to really do your stuff.
Successful completion of the test roll on Friday the 12th! Bright, sunny conditions for the half hour I was out in the heat — cloudy before, cloudy and drizzly after.
Wait, no. Not successful at all; I left the long exposure toggle on, so none of those bright and sunny pictures are going to come out. They’ll all be overexposed and blurry at best. 🙁
