Here’s the question: if I miss the deadline for my weight mini-goal, do I buy my reward tote once I finally hit mini-goal, or is it forfeit?

In order to hit my arbitrary #weightwatchers mini goal by the time frame I’d planned, I need to lose 1.7 lbs per week over the next 2 weeks.

My #spondylolisthesis rarely acts up, do I suppose I should document when it does. Mild discomfort in the left lumbar region this morning.
