The thing I love most about the FabFitFun box? I would never buy any of this stuff on its own — especially at full retail — but it’s generally quality stuff I appreciate. This box has facial masks and shower gel and an umbrella and a teapot and kitchen towels and exfoliant and more.

Well, that’s a first: I overheated during kickboxing so bad that I experienced, shall we say, gastrointestinal distress afterward. 😳
Apart from that, it was the best class in a while.

Gaining 1.6 lbs this week is no surprise: I took a vacation from tracking to indulge in cupcakes and pizza over my son’s birthday weekend.
Bangs
My husband and I were waiting at the end of the driveway for my son’s bus to drop him off yesterday. (I’d taken the day off for a salon visit and a doctor’s appointment.)
Aaron looks at my hair and says, “Do you know that one meme, with the cat wearing a lime on its head…?”
After we both had a good laugh, he backpedaled a little and told me that my updated ‘do reminded him of an astronaut’s wife — like, classic retro ‘60s hair.
