Also, it’s @wamydia‘s birthday! I’m a shitty BFF, because I forgot until I saw her FB post thanking everyone for the birthday wishes. #fail

Yesterday, I was plenty hydrated. Today, not so much. I’m wondering if my all-day fatigue is related to my comparative lack of hydration.

Today’s non-scale victory: comfortably wore a button-down top that was uncomfortably tight pre-pregnancy. #NSV #weightwatchers
