Today I learned that watching the Bluecoats Tuba Cam on YouTube triggers my motion sickness. At least my son loved it! #drumcorps

Typical: as soon as I commit to watching my consumption of added sugar, I start obsessing over the chocolate bars in my bottom desk drawer.

In light of today’s weight jump, I’ll be enjoying only fruits and veggies and water and some greek yogurt in an attempt to right the wrongs.
