Part of N. St. Clair St. was closed today while workers poured concrete in the mid-to-upper floors of the Tower on the Maumee (formerly Fiberglas Tower) in downtown Toledo.

The Red Cross phlebotomist “must have hit a plug” in my right arm, so had to use a tiny vein in my left instead. After them being 15-20 minutes behind already, a double-stick, and a slow vein, my blood donation ended up taking 90 minutes.
