Twitter Update: On a Quest to Be My Best!

Surprised myself this morning by passing the fitness portion of my Krav Maga black belt test, despite a bad back and a bum knee.

Forearm plank: 2m21s
Push-ups: 27 in 2 mins (!!!)
Body-weight squats: 90+ in 2 mins
