When rescheduling a routine dental cleaning becomes essentially skipping this one entirely and scheduling the next one for January 2023, maybe it’s time to find a new dentist.

Just dropped Connor off at Cub Day Camp, and I may have stuck around for the Duke of York song before I left… because when you’re only halfway up, you’re neither up or down. 😄

I need to start actively managing my stress levels better. My recent continuing stress headache and low energy are pointing to high cortisol, from what I can tell.
