I wish I had a swimsuit pic of myself at 250 lbs, back 13 years ago. I never saw myself as looking like these Biggest Loser contestants.

So much crying on Biggest Loser. I get it, I do, but I’m glad that waterworks are rare at my Weight Watchers meetings.

I forgot my TV Guide app was set to remind me of new eps of The Biggest Loser. Yeah, I’m sucked in. The schadenfreude is irresistible.

When Spotify Running gives me The Afghan Whigs and The Police in my Recommended playlist, that’s a recipe for an awesome run.
