"Toledo City Council stamped its approval last night on the city’s portion of a $30 million incentive package to keep HCR ManorCare Inc. and its nearly 700 jobs from moving out of downtown Toledo."
I’m not an expert, but I’m pretty sure my employer didn’t have any plans to skip town. Just sayin’. But thanks for the incentive package!
