Typical: as soon as I commit to watching my consumption of added sugar, I start obsessing over the chocolate bars in my bottom desk drawer.

In light of today’s weight jump, I’ll be enjoying only fruits and veggies and water and some greek yogurt in an attempt to right the wrongs.

News from the scale this morning is that going off the rails for a few days (again) finally caught up with me and I gained 4 lbs in one day.

Finally sent my 1st Clean-Out bag to @thredUP after filling it up over the past several months. Wonder how much $ I’ll get in credit…?
