I used to keep scrap paper at my desk and jot down quick thoughts I wanted to explore later. Shallow or deep, that rarely happens anymore.

If not for Twitter, I might still be compiling all my random thoughts into one long, disjointed blog post every night, like I did in 2004.

Did a yoga workout for 45 mins and felt good. Arms and shoulders are feeling today’s flow. I was in the zone, tho… bit.ly/1hCsypP

I’m as bad as my kid about not wanting to go to sleep (and not wanting to get up from sleep). Maybe he gets it from me. #dontbelikemommy
