I really effed my back up good & proper in spin class. Must’ve done something wrong. Exercise w #spondylolisthesis feels like trial & error.

Maybe I did it wrong, or maybe spinning is not, in fact, a good exercise for #spondylolisthesis, but my back is KILLING me, even after meds.
