Gave my son half an ounce of my smoked salmon as part of his dinner. I think he wishes I’d given him all of my salmon for his entire dinner.

Walked 2.2 miles in 40 mins and felt good. Forgot my socks; that didn’t keep me from rocking the dreadmill. bit.ly/UZdOru
