Sometimes I’ll laugh at something someone says not because I think they’re joking, but because I know they’re being entirely truthful. It’s not until I get the “No, I’m serious!” response that I realize maybe everyone isn’t wired like me.

Out of the eight team members usually in the office, only three of us are here today. Three are on vacation and two are working from home (including my boss). Gonna be a long and (hopefully) quiet Friday.
