Yesterday, I was plenty hydrated. Today, not so much. I’m wondering if my all-day fatigue is related to my comparative lack of hydration.

Today’s non-scale victory: comfortably wore a button-down top that was uncomfortably tight pre-pregnancy. #NSV #weightwatchers

Uh-oh. My son has learned that crying and signing “milk” gets him out of his crib and back downstairs. He just refused it; he’s not hungry.
