Tonight’s @butcherbox dinner: pan-seared rib-eye, the @altonbrown way. Turned out perfect! Nothing better than grass-fed beef on cast iron.
En Route to Grammy’s Wedding
My mom got remarried today! Connor was the ringbearer and I gave her away. I brought my “good” camera (i.e. the Nikon D90), so I’ll be posting more photos as I find the time to edit them.
Tomato Harvest (for today)
No freeze in the forecast for a good couple of weeks means all the green tomatoes still on the vines will likely ripen out of doors. October seems a bit late for my tomato harvest, but this is how it went last year, too.
