Wasn’t expecting to be down a full pound at #weightwatchers since I did kickboxing yesterday; usually I gain after a workout. I’ll take it!

Back to kickboxing today after 7 weeks of no class, schedule conflicts, etc. Intentionally only gave about 60% to ease myself back in.
