The Red Cross phlebotomist “must have hit a plug” in my right arm, so had to use a tiny vein in my left instead. After them being 15-20 minutes behind already, a double-stick, and a slow vein, my blood donation ended up taking 90 minutes.

Up 0.8 lbs at this week’s #weightwatchers weigh-in. I learned that a splurge on sweets can easily send me on a multi-day carb binge. Yikes.

I so rarely frequent coffeeshops anymore, I no longer have a go-to drink and I forget important details. So, whole milk latte for breakfast.

Just hosted some “Doug-less” yoga at the fitness center at my work, to an audio recording of @dmallette from last year. Tired in a good way.
