He didn’t share much about his day once he got home, apart from getting to play with his BFF at recess and the whole school having an assembly for their first day. Oh, and that he picked mozzarella sticks for his lunch choice, but switched to cheesy bread when he saw how delicious it looked.
My apologies to @relysh for ever suggesting she do anything other than her favorite thing (sandwiches) with her homegrown tomatoes. I finally have enough to make *my* favorite thing (tomato jam) and I am STOKED. 🍅

Sounds like one of our neighbors bought a new bass guitar; I’ve heard most of the bass riffs from Nevermind in the past 15 minutes.
